General order requesting lists of all enlisted men by James Wilkinson by the following Monday. New Orleans, 01 June 1809.

Extract of an Genl. Order Head Quarters New Orleans June 1st, 1809 -- The commanding officers of Companies are without delay to furnish the District Pay Master Description lists of all men born on their Rolls when last mustered to exhibit lists of enlistments, by whom enlisted to what line best paid and by whom, amount of Bounty paid and the amount of Bounty ? , The lists are expertise to the safety of the Pay master as well as to the interest of the Troops and must be rendered by Monday next. Major ? will furnish the Destin Pay Master with an orderly with further oders Capt. Gutter has been of absence to visit the City of Washington and resort himself to the secretary of War The Paymaster is to settle with him up to the present day J. Wilkinson
