Treasury of the United States, Washington, July 19th 1820 Sir, Enclosed you will find my draft No. 1043 on the Branch of the Bank of the United States, at Pittsburgh Penns. for, dollars, 152 the amount of warrant No. 2787 issued by the Secretary of the Navy on receipt whereof be pleased to favor me with an early acknowledgment, specifying the sum received.
