Abstract
Wofford's first, and to this date only bowl game appearance came on January 2, 1950 in the Cigar Bowl. Wofford's appearance came after an undefeated 1949 season, and the Terriers faced Florida State University. The game ended with a Florida State victory with a score of 19-6.
