Abstract

A presentation, with questions, by Professor Edward H. Shuler, who came to Wofford as professor of applied mathematics in 1912. Recorded by librarian Herbert Hucks at a faculty club meeting in 1953. The presentation talks about early campus history that Shuler learned from some of the earliest faculty, about how the grounds expanded, and about the construction and evolution of Main Building.
