Septbr 10 To freight on 2 Buoys- 320$ [verso] I Certify, That the freight & passage within charged have been received, were necessary for, and have been or will be applied, for the objects within stated, to the Improvement of the MISSISSIPPI, above the Mouth of the OHIO.
