To the Honorable his ? justices of the court of General ? of the peace to be ? at Worcestor in and for the county of Worcestor on the third ? of August 1741 The petition of the subscribers Humbly shown - That in or about the year 1719 a highway or road was laid out in Worcester by order of a committe ? and General Court from the north end of the long pond so called by the house of James Tailor and the house of Jonas Rice to the house of Ephrim Rice and over Riveroon Plain? hill it came to halfway River ? the papers hearwith Exhibitted will appear that ?????
