[recto] REPUBLIC OF TEXAS TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: KNOW YE, That the bearer hereof, Mitchell George private in Captain Snively’s Company A 18th[?] Regiment of Reg Fifty aged 21 years 5 feet 11 inches high of fair complexion blue eyes, fair hair and by profession a Farmer who enlisted on the Sixth of May 1836 to serve for the period of During the war having faithfully performed his duty as a soldier, is hereby HONORABLY DISCHARGED from the army of the Republic of Texas.
